In Cornelious Ryan's "The Last battle" mention is made that Jodl had a copy of the Allies Portwar plans for germany at Yalta.
How did Germans Get A Copy?

I beleive he interviewed Jodl Widow and also cited a reference to the Nuremberg Trials

It was a British copy of Operation Eclipse captured as the Ardennes offensive was winding down.

It was probably a copy of this:
