I bought several Rommel biographies over time as i am very interested in Rommel. The first one by Desmond Young i got from my parents and it started my interest in armored warfare. I do not look down on any author.
I never bought a book in a garage sale. And i love reading books . Always did starting in primary school.
No one cares about your life as a toddler - even if it's plain obvious part of your psyche hasn't evolved since.

And you are still careful not to disclose any of your WW2 shelves. Clearly, this is a sore point!

Not commenting on Rommel, if all you know is Lutz Koch and Desmond Young.

I have added my latest acquisition Das Deutsche Reich und der zweite Weltkrieg band 7. Brand new. As one can see i collect divisional histories. I have not shown my Waffen SS divisional histories not to shock the sensitive minds.

It worked! Still can't believe it.

Tell us more, Aida. You picked the bookshelf with plenty of unit histories, and not sure anyone would recommend spending money at their publisher. They are the most repetitive and boring books that exist; but, after all, pornography is not about variety (as Marquis de Sade once said).

But, Aida, why didn't you pick the bookshelf with David Irving (bad luck: we can still one of his books)?

You may not believe it but if one is seriously interested in the very detailed history of an army, one does buy unit histories. Boring they certainly are compared to other books but i got through them. And they are not porn. From David Irving i had only Rommel as i tended to buy all Rommel biographies. Cannot find it anymore.

Boring to read, yes. They are, however, very valuable if you want to know a certain fact (location, structure, strength) about a formation concerning a certain time (Kursk 1943 e.g.).
I love myself way more than I love you

And I think about killing myself

So, best believe, I thought about killing you today

Exactly. Very useful for that.
