Convoy PQ-14

#1

Post by Jordi Comas » 27 Nov 2022, 20:49

Hi again

I'm a bit confused with these two merchants: CAPE CORSO, EL MIRLO.
Did they sail with convoy PQ-14 or not? They appear in some sources but not in others

Thank you very much
Jordi

Convoyweb has a note against Cape Corso on PQ14 that she was sunk on PQ15. The latter convoy left Scotland before the first arrived in Russia.

Sounds like she was delayed from sailing with, or dropped out of, PQ14 for some reason and sailed with PQ15 instead.
