US 29th Infantry Division Assault On Julich - Germany, February 1945

The attached article discusses how the US Army 29th Infantry Division mades its assault on Julich using photo mosaic maps prepared from extensive photographic intelligence and reconnaissance. These maps aided the attack and contributed to its success.

The article was printed in the August 1946 edition of the USA professional military reference magazine ‘Military Review’.
