There's a book by JP Pallud in the After the Battle series that deals with the whole offensive in the West, an if memory serves it has a good section dealing with the Arras c/a
Also "Lightning War" by Powaski and published by Wiley also has some input in this area.
As always try the web in regrds to the British Regiments that took part in the c/a: "Conceived originally as an attempt to strengthen the British defense of Arras which was threatened by the extension of the German panzer corridor from the Meuse towards the sea, the Arras counter-attack turned into the most fruitful British operation of the 1940 campaign. The mobile element of the force deployed under General Franklyn (Frankforce) consisted of the 4th and 7th Royal Tank Regiments and the 8th and 6th Battalions Durham Light Infantry, divided into two columns with attached field and anti-tank batteries; its tank strength was 58, and it was led by one of Britains 'tank pioneers', G Le Q Martel."
