Hello!

Which time period do you mean? Barbarossa (June 1941) or fall 1941?
Of course no Panzer- or mot.Divisions for occupation duties.
See this OoB from my site for details.

Yes, I understood your question very well. In your question you ask one time for fall 1941 and one time for Barbarossa which was in summer (June) 1941. I just asked which date you really mean now.

Did you have a look to the link to my site? It gives you all details you need to answer your question.

2) Army 12 (Südosten) where is that?

The Panzers were needed elsewhere, in Afrika and for Operation Barbarosa so most of them where in these locations, infantry took care of the occupied contries, though there were surely a panzer of two hanging around in Western Europe. Why would they have kept them in Western Europe? There was really no need for that.

Yes 1., 7., 15.A.O.K. were present in the west in June 1941.

1) With Panzerreserve you mean a division size formation? No there was no "Panzerreserve". First they needed every available fast force in the east of course. And why shoud they have a "Panzerreserve" in France at this time? Would make no sense.

2) A.O.K.12 (Südosten) is southeast Europe (Balkans, Greece etc...)

Caesar,

In June 1941, the Waffen-SS had only 5 division-size formations: LAH, Reich, Totenkopf, Polizei and Wiking. All were used in the East.

Christoph,

Regarding the OoB on your site, could you tell me what is the meaning of the red and green color?

Red are Luftwaffe units attached to Heer formations. Green is either (explained in the same "box" of the OoB) I.Flakkorps, II.Flakkorps or just temporary subordinated units.
