Detailed Gliederung of the 17 Panzer Division as of 29 November 1942:
https://ioncore.livejournal.com/9000.html

The division had:
60 tanks on strength (8 Pz-II, 29 Pz-III, 19 Pz-III, 3 Bef.Pz., 1 KV)
7 armored cars (4 SdKfz.222, 2 SdKfz.223, 1 Soviet AC)
12 self-propelled anti-tank guns (2 47-mm, 10 76.2-mm)
42 towed anti-tank guns (21 37-mm, 5 45-mm, 9 50-mm, 7 75-mm, 1 76.2-mm)
3 anti-aircraft guns (1 towed 20-mm and 2 self-propelled quad 20-mm)
18 105-mm howitzers, 9 150-mm howitzers

Apparently the division received considerable tank reinforcements before entering battle.

Partial information on personnel casualties of German divisions and groups involved in "Wintergewitter" and at the Chir River Front (NARA T313 R355).
Would be interesting to compare this numbers with soviet losses in that battle.

Does anyone have any information about what the air force supported Operation Wintergewitter? And what forces were included in the guard forces on the eastern flank of the Romanian IV and the German alarm troops?

Luftflotte 4 with IV and VIII Fliegerkorps and Romanian air corps. Or you mean a detailed order of battle? Information on daily activity can be found in the documents of the Army Group Don:

For example:

Hello. After analyzing many documents that I found, I was able to do something like this. Of course, there are some elements that are still missing, especially the defense area of the river Czyr and elements of the Hollidt Group as of 12 or around this day, especially Kampfgruppe.https://www.facebook.com/messenger_medi ... 9vnF4ptrKj

Hello,

I'm going to answer my own question: Major i.G. Johannes TROITZSCH (29.05.1910).

Regards,
