Does anyone know of a link to this US Army study? It was penned by Heinrici in 1947 at request of the US Army's historical division.

You may want to check your source. This is what the Guide to the FMS has for T-9:

T-9* The Axis Campaign in the East, Nov. 1942-May 1945 (A Strategic
Survey). By Generaloberst Gotthard Heinrici. (In preparation--1954.)

It is possible that T-9 is not a study for the Battle for the Oder River and it may not have been completed before the program shut down.

Marc

In "The Oder Front 1945", author identifies a 100 page segment from T-9. I wonder if it had been hosted online in pdf or other forms.
