Weather data for the Eastern Front - 1941-42

Is weather data for the eastern front archived or otherwise available? Can somebody point me in the right direction?

Usually there are two types of sources:
1) Records of weather in military documents of various kinds.
2) Civil meteo records.
The first you can find in archival documents, specifically in docs of units and formations operating in the area and time of interest. As for the second, there are some pieces of info online occasionally. For example, I've found a site with historical daily records of temperature and precipitation in various cites of Russia/USSR. Here is Rostov-on-Don, January 42:

Many gaps in this database though.

Can' t see all locations and the record is ? i have read about - 50 ° C near Moscow in 12/1941 and - 30° near Stalingrad 42/43 and what height of snow ?
Possibe have periods or days for snow storm, mud ?

Here are some minimum temperatures I have collected from the above database. It should be noted that urban areas are warmer than their surrounding rural areas due to human activities.

Winter War:
- Mozhaysk (110 km W of Moscow) (27509), -44.0°C on 16 January 1940.
- Uhtua/Ukhta (22408), -41.4°C on 14 February 1940.
- Petroskoi/Petrozavodsk (22820), -40.5°C on 18 January 1940.
- Saint Petersburg (26063), -35.6°C on 17 January 1940.
- Kantalahti/Kandalaksha (22217), -33.5°C on 18 January 1940.
- Repola (22602), -32.9°C on 16 January 1940.
- Murmansk (22113), -29.5°C on 31 December 1939 and on 16 January 1940.

1941/1942:
- Ryazan (27730), the closest weather station to Moscow, -37.4°C on 21 January 1942.
- Verkhniy Baskunchak (34579), the closest weather station to Stalingrad, -31.4°C on 8 February 1943.
