hi, I was wondering if anyone might have some info on the battle for the Dukla pass in 1944, or if you could point me to some source of information that would be great as well. thank you in advance.

If you are a beginner, start with the simplest Svoboda L. Z Buzuluku do Prahy. — Praha: Naše Vojsko, 1963.

thank you, this is very helpful. what about the divisional and corps units involved? I have a general outline of the Soviet deployments but not the Germans, all I can say for certain is the 97th Jager Division was present. there was also a fairly large tank battle near the pass, to which unit the tanks belong I don't know, but I'm jumping between the 1st or 24th Panzer Division. I'm still pretty new here so if any of this is obvious or well known, forgive me as I am trying to get as much information on this particular battle as I can, and in my own research not much has come up.
