Hi, I would like to know what is the irrecoverable casualty ratio between the Soviet Union and Germany (and its allies).
Krivosheev calculated that the casualty ratio was 1.3 but Krivoshev included all captured German prisoners of war after the surrender.
Also, I would like to see if someone has ordered it by year, that is, separating each year.
Loss ratio per year on the eastern front
Re: Loss ratio per year on the eastern front
By researchs of the independent russian resercers, total KIA loses of the Red Army were near 12m KIA and 5,1m POWs of whom 3,5m died .
So, it should be like this:
1941
W. - 300k KIA and MIA
Soviets - 1,5-2m KIA and 3,5m POWs.
1942
W. - 650k KIA and 50 MIA
Soviets - 3m KIA and 1,6 MIA
1943
W. 800KIA and MIA
S. 3m KIA and 0,5m POWs
1944
W. 1,1m KIA and MIA
S. 3,1m KIA and 300k MIA
1945
W. - 1m KIA and 2m POWS ( untill 9th of May).
S. - 1m KIA
