Hello
I am looking for information on the positions of the assault gun brigade on the eastern front in January 1945.
according to some documents there were 31 assault gun brigades on the eastern front.
6 brigades with Army Group North in Courland
13 brigades with Army Group center
7 brigades with Army Grouype A
5 brigades with Army Group South

in the northern army group there would be; the 184, 202,226,393, 912 and 600 brigades: that is, 182 operational assault guns
to the central army group, the 185, 190, 209,232,279,259,276,277,278, 279, 901 ???, 904 and 909 brigades. It seems that the 901 Brigade is removed from this list because we do not find any information about it!
according to certain documents, the 185, 249 and 904 brigades were with the 20th army corps of the 2nd Army
the 209th, and 276th with the 23rd army corps of the 2nd Army
the 190th with the 27th Army Corps of the 2nd Army
the 209th with the 9th Army Corps of the 3rd Armored Army
the 259th, 277th and 279th with the 26th Army Corps of the 3rd Armored Army
the 278th with the 28th Army Corps of the 3rd Armored Army in Memel
everything to check!

to army group A.

the 920th Lher Brigade with the 8th Army Corps of the 9th Army
the 210th with the 56th corps of the 9th Army
the 201st and 322nd with the 42nd Army Corps of the 4th Armored Army
the 300th Brigade with the 48th Armored Corps of the 4th Armored Army

There would have been two other assault gun brigades with the 1st Armored Army, but I don't have their numbers

to the South Army Group:

the 261st Brigade with the 2nd Armored Army
the 286th Brigades with the 8th Army
the 303rd with the 4th SS Armored Corps
the 325th with the 6th Army

the number of the 5th brigade of this army group and its position is missing

if anyone has any other information about the numbers and positions of these 31 brigades
thank you for letting us know

cordially
