While reading up on World War II came across the following alleged reports..Are these stories true...?
1) That after 1939 when the war in Poland was Hitler,,Hitler and Stalin secretly met one another on a train.
2} That Each seretly envied something the other had..Hitler the fact that Stalin controlled a nation that was 1/4 of the worlds land mass; Stalin the fact that Hitler had in only 6 years had total control of the populations of Germany; Austria and Czechoslovakia...

I find it highly unlikely that Stalin would leave Moscow that early. What's the farthest he went? Tehran/Yalta?

Tehran is further south of Moscow than Yalta, so Tehran was the farthest that Stalin traveled during World War II. For the most part, Stalin was very fearful of flying, and he chose to take a train to Yalta.
