Day report for 17.7.1942

1)Supply situation

Continuous bringing up of fuel by 2 trains daily (one each in unloading railway station Starowerowka and Kupjansk north city railway station)is urgently needed because otherwise supply will falter.
Supply situation is tight because of supply roads getting longer and the diminishing supply column capacity. Temporarily standing still of individual parts of divisions can also not be avoided in the next days.
By using all the available supply columns for fuel supply, the moving up of oats is only possible in insufficient quantities. The loss of horses will through this necessarily increase.
