T-34s made their first parade debut on Red Square on 7 November 1941. Other tanks included KV-1s, T-60s and BT-7s. All of these tanks were headed for the front. What unit were these tanks a part of?

Some of the T-34s from that parade:

Answer to question 1: 4 TBr was reformed as 1 Guards TBr on 11 November 1941.

Answer to question 2: the T34s in the photo are from 33 Tank Brigade.

You like female pilots? O.K. Who is this Raskova's friend? Which unit she commanded? How many sorties she has completed? And how else she was connected with Raskova?

To add to my above post regarding the parade on Red Square on 7 November 1941 --

.. of the 160 tanks that took part:

2 KV

40 T-34

48 T-60

70 BT-7

The tanks made up the core of the 31 and 33 Tank Brigades.

No more military parades were held in Moscow until 1 May 1945.

She looks like captain Mariya Smirnova of the 46th Guards Night Bomber Regiment (The night witches). She flew a total of 950 sorties during the war.

No. Little hint - this woman was a commander of male regiment and she was only female pilot there. And it wasn't night bomber, tactical bomber or fighter regiment.

No. O.K. I don't want to torment you else... This pilot - Valentina Grizodubova. I though she was the most famous Soviet female pilot. 04.42 - 05.44 she was a coommander of 101st TAP -> 31st Guards BAP ADD which was equiped with Li-2 and C-47. She has completed over 200 sorties (132 night sorties) - bombardments, supply of partisans, supply of Leningrad ect. 24-25.09.38 she on plane ANT-37 Rodina (Motherland) as commander of crew has completed flight without landings from Moscow to Khabarovsk region. Osipenko was a second pilot, Raskova was a navigator. It was woman's world record.

Who is next?
