Outstanding article. Thanks for posting the link.

Be interesting to know what happened to lieutenant Krueger-Haye after he was relieved for disobeying orders. Seems like a more than adequate officer, commanding a very mixed ad-hoc battalion as a 1st Lieutenant, often successfully.
