Does anyone know when in June of 1941 612nd Heeres Fla (M.g) Bataillon arrived in N. Africa?

Mid-July to mid-August. Part of 1. Kp was sunk on Preußen so Lord knows when and how they got there.

The enemy had superiority in numbers, his tanks were more heavily armoured, they had larger calibre guns with nearly twice the effective range of ours, and their telescopes were superior. 5 RTR 19/11/41

Typo? Wasn't it Preußen towards the end of July when they were lost? And then they lost another half a Kp. a couple of weeks later when the Nita went down!

Didn't notice that they lost that on Nita too. DAK really wasn't lucky with its LAA. 606 lost a whole battery on Heraklea in March.
