FlaK Vierling; North Africa 41/42

Which units were using FlaK Vierling (and how many) in North Africa during 1941/2.

I have some possibilities that I would like to either firm up or dismiss.

Kind Regards,
David.

Heer-Flak Btl.609(Mot>Sfl) i have a note that get 4 Flakvierling before Alamein . I also have a note that could already have 2 in Greece in 1941. But maybe too earlier.

Heer-Flak Btl.617(Mot.) i have a note that get 4 Flakvierling before Alamein

I have found nothing in Luftwaffe, except those in Italy.

David, I have seen film of a 19th Flak Division Flakvierling being towed into action, it is on a 1942 Wochenschau but I can't remember the exact date. At any rate it does show that the Luftwaffe was using them as well as the various Heeres Flak units.

Here's what I have, and it's up for discussion....

Heeres Fliegerabwehr MG Battailon (sfl) 606. Possibly 2 in May 1942.

Heeres Fliegerabwehr MG Battailon 609. 4 in the form of SdKfz 7/1. August 1942.

Heeres Fliegerabwehr MG Battailon 617. 4 in the form of SdKfz 7/1. May 1942.

I / Luftwaffe FlaK Regiment 43 (Gem) (Mot). Possibly some?

The enemy had superiority in numbers, his tanks were more heavily armoured, they had larger calibre guns with nearly twice the effective range of ours, and their telescopes were superior. 5 RTR 19/11/41

David, looking about 12 minutes into this film should solve the last unit at least.
