Commonwealth air strength in Crusader

The following gives Commonwealth air strength in 'November' 1941: https://rommelsriposte.com/2010/05/12/917/
Based on 18 aircraft per squadron that appears to lead to a deficiency in the following types with no reserves:
1 x Blenheim (7 squadrons each of 18 and 1 flight of 4 requires 130 aircraft against 129 available)
5 x Boston (1 squadron of 18 aircraft against 13 available)

Based on 18 aircraft per squadron the reserves for the following type is fairly low:
12 x Tomahawk (5 squadrons each of 18 and 12 reserves against a total of 102)

Can anyone put a date against the 'November' strength report or does anyone have any other strength reports in November and December 1941?

Thanks

I think it’s a monthly return so would be after 8 November. Can’t be before then since one of the four B-17s originally despatched had been lost on that day.

The enemy had superiority in numbers, his tanks were more heavily armoured, they had larger calibre guns with nearly twice the effective range of ours, and their telescopes were superior. 5 RTR 19/11/41

Thanks. It appears then that that there were no reserves of Blenheims when Crusader started and only 12 reserve Tomahawks. And 24 SAAF squadron only had 13 Bostons.
