War Cementeries in Slovenia

#1

Post by K.Kocjancic » 20 Apr 2004, 11:20

Let's make a list of WWII-related war cementeries in Slovenia.

Ljubljana/Laibach:
- Žale (WWI and WWII Italian cementery)
- Ljubljanski vrh (Domobranci cementery)

Kranj:
- German cementery

Where there any more?

Regards,
Klemen

You seem obsessed with everything regarding Slovenia, Kocjanicic. No offense. I understand you are from there, but still...

The interest in slovenia history is growing to my because i cant find
very little about the war. When I was on a visit in videm near Ptuj
I saw a picture of a man in german uniform. The next day it was
gone. There is a shame under the slovinian people that I cant
understand. You must learn from the past or else you make the same mistake. To weeks ago I whent to videm to built a house and I had some
pictures from Ptuj with hitler youth marching. The youth today are
believing that there where only partisans and my relativs where
surprised by the pictures witch shows the opposit.

go on searching
