Italian Naval Sqn commanders at Tobruk

Looking for the names of the following unit commanders at Tobruk as of June 10th 1940

1st Destroyer Squadron
61st Submarine Squadron
62nd Submarine Squadron

Andy, I think the C.O. of 1st Destroyer Squadron was Capitano di Vascello Enrico Baroni, C.O. of ESPERO. See http://www.regiamarina.net, Sinking of the ESPERO.
