All these three photos were taken on the same place and on the same day.

After attacking Niš near Morava river, the German 11th Panzer division of the 1st Panzergruppen under the command of Kleist are advancing. You can see Panzer II and Sd. Kfz. 251 here. On the left side, a Yugoslav truck is burning.

Photographed on April 8, 1941

From Mate Šalov`s book ”4.Dalmatinska brigada”
Two partisan commanders proudly pose by L6/40 tank, 12.09.1943. Split, these tanks helped to stop KG Petersen`s breakout from Klis fortress:

House in flames after Stuka attack, Dujmovača, Split, september 1943. Mountain in the background is Kozjak, left side of ridge was in hands of 1.Dalmatian brigade, right side (including Klis pass) KG Petersen of 7 SS division:

Mandina Viculin, 16 years old, was first woman to earn Medal for bravery in 4.Dalmatian brigade, during Drvar operation, on 31.05.1944. her unit defended Čolakuša (hill 1201) against combined attack of Brandenburg regiment and Četnik units, and when her company commander was wounded she risked her life, and under heavy fire draged him to safety, unfortunately, commander later died of his wounds.

Mountain in the background is Kozjak

Is that THE same Kozjak mountain, famous for giving the title name to a film series in the past couple of years? :D

 Yes the same mountain, but pics from that movie would be not appropriate, because thread covers 1941-1945 pics, NOT 90ies.
