Is there an underrated Historical figure you think deserves a Biography

Me personally, I would love to see a miniseries made around the short-lived Empire of Brazil (1822-1889). More specifically, I would love to see such a story focus primarily on the Pedro's. I would make two long episodes for both Pedro's. I just find it so fascinating that the largest country in South America was once ruled by a fleeing former King of Portugal and that it was actually his son who would abolish slavery in Brazil before a coup abolished the Empire.

What about James G. Blaine? Well, a new biography, at least. He was arguably the Hillary Clinton of his day.

An English language biography of Marshal Ion Antonescu of Romania is needed, in so far as WWII is concerned.
