Possible Secret Unit of the Bundeswehr?

I wonder if Germany after World War II had a secret Luftwaffe unit of the Bundeswehr that was similar to KG-200 and the US Area 51? Of coarse it was not mentioned in books today. A interesting question just got into my head.
