Yes. The same film that you missed when I posted a link. The film is shot from a Bradley that is in the location of the mine-clearing vehicle (seen in later views) and the Leo does not appear (though it might be argued it could be there) and that with evidence of at least one Leo wreck being 'moved' means there is some attempt at recovery underway. If you check the location of the 'group' of wrecks it is very close to the Russian lines and thus very unlikely that the Ukrainians moved anything in that direction. The film of a Russian group looking at these wrecks from the hedge-line confirm the closeness of the Russians and that even after this engagement they still held their positions. The Bradley doing the rescue is actually firing at this hedge-line.Tom Peters wrote: ↑10 Jun 2023 20:19
Are we talking about the same picture (for example, the linked movie I had) - with 1 leo and 4-5 Bradleys ? All the vehicles were tracked from what appears to be mines, and no obvious signs of artillery impacts. A 152mm impact on or near a vehicle is going to leave a noticable crater and scorch damage.

Re: The end of tanks as we know it?
Open sources, very rough approx.
Ukrainian units that attacked in their offensive 6/4-6/11th so far:
1st tank
1st Brigade
72nd brigade
56th brigade
57th brigade
24th brigade
3rd brigade
110th brigade
59th brigade
79th brigade
23rd brigade
31st brigade
37th Brigade
Armored units with NATO training & equipment, not used yet:
116th Brigade
47th Brigade
33rd Brigade
21st Brigade
32nd Brigade
118th Brigade
117th Brigade
82th Brigade
The 'armored fist' has not been expended yet. Ukraine's strategic reserve of 12 NATO equipped armored brigades have approx. 1500 AFVs (tanks + IFV) more or less. They have expended approx. 10-20% of the vehicles (knocked out, destroyed or captured) to little effect so far. If they lose 2% a day this offensive could go on for max. 4-6 weeks.

Re: The end of tanks as we know it?
I saw this wreck-site earlier but it just did not look right. I had my doubts so held off until I could get confirmation. I found two confirming film clips and it was first posted online on June 9th. This is part of the attack that led to all the Leo wrecks and it adds 2 more to the count. Location is (in the red rectangle) just north of Robotyne and 3.75 km due west of the previous(more famous) wreck-pile (red square) so perhaps part of an attempt to surround and take Robotyne?

Conspiracy theorists note that the images were taken at different times so the vehicle count/track marks differ and at least one wreck has been moved and appears to have been demolished.

Another film has turned up taken by a crew-member at the far end (from the previous body-cam)of the pile of Bradley's. In this the rear of the Leo can be seen and its lights are working.

More Russian film of the pile of Bradleys. These are grabs and I wont link the original film because the first half shows several bodies of those who never made it to safety.

Re: The end of tanks as we know it?
It seems that both sides prepared with some gruesome footages, as various sources claim two TOS-1A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsgK7aX7zwo https://t.me/kolesnyknews/170 and a few Russian AFVs destroyed: https://twitter.com/NOELreports/status/ ... 5078847488
In the meanwhile (and more importantly for me), 11 Transcarpathian soldiers are transferred from Russia to Hungary.

Hopefully, this is a promising start of the accelerated POW transfer from Russian captivity and the beginning of the better treatment of at least Ukraine's minorities' POW.

Re: The end of tanks as we know it?
Putin made many bold claims today on the counteroffensive 6-4- 6/13:
1. Ukraine lost 160 tanks and 360 armored vehicles of other types. Russia has lost 54 tanks but some can be repaired.
2. They lost 30-25% of Western equipment they have for this counteroffensive. Ukraine is running out of artillery ammunition and US production rate is very poor.
3. The severity of Ukrainian units' casualties are usually high, 50% are irrecoverable human losses (killed and crippled). In the offensive Russian forces have a 10 to 1 kill ratio.
4. After the counteroffensive is over, Russia will initiate an offensive right afterwards. What it entails will depend on the situation when it comes.
5. There is no need to use conscripts in the war in Ukraine. There is no need for a 2nd round of mobilization. However if there is to be another battle for Kyiv, Russia will execute another mobilization.
6. Russian army will reform as a result of the SMO to become the best army in the world.
