I'm looking for the text of Resolution 15, issued by North Vietnam's Communist Party Jan 1959, where it decided on turning to armed struggle to unite North and South Vietnam.
I'm also interested in the exact date it was issued.

Resolution 15 was adopted by the Vietnamese Communist Party on January 22, 1959.
