Just to make life a bit easier for Iffig: I already answered this question in the Neutral and Allies Air Forces Quiz where it didn't belong at all. This airplane is the Ruhrtaler Ru.3 and I will come up with a new question in two weeks time when I have returned from my vacation.

Did you never notice the scores of Dutch people visiting your country every summer? If they only had two weeks, there would have to be 60 million Dutch instead of 16 for them to crowd your country like that!
