Leonardo Da vinci's Tank Design

Leonardo Da vinci had a design of a machine almost like a tank or something,all I know it had cannons everywhere on it and it was of circular shape. Does anyone have any more information on this?

It was circular. I thought and still tyhink it looks like a UFO.
