"The long grey line" is an excellent book. Another book that i really like is Robert Mason's "Chickenhawk". It's a book telling a mans story of the Vietnam war from his perspective as a helicopter pilot. In my opinion it is the best book written about Vietnam.

Michael,

Just wondering but how old would your relatives be if they fought in WWI all the way up to Vietnam?

Just to say my favourite book about Vietnam is called "Fallen Angels" by :Walter Dean Myers.I havent read that many yet.
