Re: Finnish trucks
Hi Sturm,
This is a 1940's "roundnose" model. There were several series and variants but from the 6 bolt wheels and trim (or lack thereof) I would guess an LV 127:

Re: Finnish trucks
Hi Sturm,
It's an International but I think the D Series like this 1939 model.

Re: Finnish trucks
According to Markku's book Moottori-Ajoneuvot 1919-1959, it is a D246. Seen in several variants.

Re: Finnish trucks
Hi Sturm:
Your truck is a Sisu S-22K as far as my research tells me. It was the successor to the S-21 apparently but I have found no photos of the S-21.
Built in 1943-1944 apparently. All of my references are in Finnish books and I do not read Finnish.

Re: Finnish trucks
Uummhhh...
According to this link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sisu_S-21 Sisu S-22K was presented by Yhteissisu in 1946 and it was a civilian model...so I think the truck of the image could be a Sisu S-21 manufactured by SAT....
