Considering the grooved water jacket and design of muzzle booster my educated guess is that it is not Maxim, but Vickers Mk I.

Thanks, Juha.

Not an AA machinegun but.... I think it is a 7.62mm Maxim M1910 but...I had only seen this type of machinegun with oval holes in his water jacket in quad naval mounts but never in a land use... :? Any idea ??

http://www.jaegerplatoon.net/MG1.htm

"Maxim M/09-09 served Finnish military in very large variety of roles, besides the typical infantry use they were also used for example in armoured trains and ships of Finnish Navy. Early 1942 about 100 of the captured Maxim machineguns were modified from water-cooled to air-cooled by punching holes through their water jackets, after which these weapons had been equipped with light Finnish Maxim-mounts (like M/Salakari) and they were issued to Finnish infantry units to be used for mobile operations."

R-5 mentioned to have been shot down probably by the above mentioned AA-mg at Suistamo airfield viewtopic.php?f=59&t=207580&hilit=unkno ... 4#p1875304

From book Tiedustelulentäjät Suomen Sodissa 1918-1945 (Reconnaissance pilots at Finnish Wars 1918-1945) https://www.tammi.fi/yhteystiedot/arvoteosmyynti:
On January 6th 1940 four R-5 planes from 15th recon Sq of 8th Army AF bombed the frontlines of IV Army area, near Suistamo airfield. Then Corporal in reserve , Paltamaa, from 13th airfield maintenance Platoon, shot down an enemy plane with a "DIY-mounted" AA-mg. The "mobile" mount was made of pole with an elevation mechanism, placed on skids. The mag box, grip assembly with trigger, and annular sights were home made. The gun itself was a Vickers (originally a fixed one type) from the weapons depot of Finnish Sq 16"
