From left to right: 2 Jymy-class boats, then 3 Taistos and the striped-hulled is captured ex. soviet D-3 class boat Vasama.

I konw it is a very difficult question but....Can somebody identify this another Finnish motorboat, armed with an 4cm Bofors and an 2cm Madsen AA guns behind the bridge... :?

Hello Sturm78!

This must be the rear part of Vasama, it operated as a motor gunboat (with VMV:s). Torpedos were replaced with 40 mm Bofors and 20 mm Madsen. Two russian 12,7 mm guns remained in front.

You can see two finnish, ex soviet G-5 boats here. They must be V 1 and V 2, because V 3 was captured 1944 and this image is 1943.

...or were they V 2 / Vihuri and V 3 / Viima ( later designation V 1) ?
