Sourcing of Soviet Units in the Winter War

#1

Hello,

What Soviet military districts furnished the men for the Winter War?

Nominally one expects that the Leningrad Military District was the one involved in the fight, but I have seen statements that troops from the Kiev Military District were heavily used (at least in the disastrous initial assault).
Nobody expects the Fallschirm! Our chief weapon is surprise; surprise and fear; fear and surprise. Our 2 weapons are fear and surprise; and ruthless efficiency. Our *3* weapons are fear, surprise, and ruthless efficiency; and almost fanatical devotion

As of 30 November 1939 Soviet OOB included 20 rifle and mountain divisions of them 14 from the Leningrad Military District, 4 from the Belorussian and 2 from Kalinin MD. In March 1940 from 1/4 to 1/3 of the entire Soviet Army were deployed on the Finnish Front which naturally took massive transfer of units from other regions and partial mobilization and call-up of recruits during the winter.
