Gentlemen,

There was actually a Finnish fighter that was manufactured in homeland Finland during the Continuation War. It never made it in the war. What was the name of the fighter and the Finnish aircraft company that made it.

There were two models actually. Myrsky and Pyörremyrsky, Storm and Hurricane.
Both were built by Valtoin lentokonetehdas in Tampere.

Myrskys took part in the Lappland war. Pyörremyrsky never made it.

Tiedustelulentolaivue 12 (literally "12th Reconnaissance Squadron") was equipped with VL Myrsky II in August 1944. The Squadron flew several interception flights during August and September 1944 and damaged two Soviet fighters (a Yak-9 and a La-5). It also performed a ground-attack mission against suspected Soviet Corps' HQ on 3 September 1944. See VL Myrsky II Restoration Project for further information.

Gentlemen,

The Myrsky is the plane that I was thinking of. What kind of armament does the Myrsky carry?

Also mentioned in the source Mangrove gave you. See the "Read more about structure and charasteristics & performance of VL Myrsky II" bit and check the links for more.

Gentlemen,

Thank you for the information that you gotten to me. It became clear the Myrsky was not a well loved plane by the pilots at all.
