Finnish letter to Roosevelt
Finnish letter to Roosevelt
In TICOM report I-200 "Interrogation of Min Rat Wilhelm Fenner of OKW/Chi" (https://ru.scribd.com/document/87306733/TICOM-I-200) is indicated that one Finnish soldier wrote a letter to President Roosevelt. Does anybody know details of this fact?

You can check the index for the New York Times, or other major US papers. Whether FDR saw it or not would require further research.
Re: Finnish letter to Roosevelt
One minor issue-The document cited does not, in actuality, estabish a fact.
Renner had heard of this event; and much of his document indicates things he "heard about" but had no first hand knowledge of. I personally find it difficult to believe that US diplomatic personnel would encode and transmit a letter to the President from a "Finnish soldier".
The exception would likely be a message from FM Mannerheim to Roosevelt.

If it was from Mannerheim it would have been included in the FRUS collections, I think. https://uwdc.library.wisc.edu/collections/frus/
