ID Finnish Generals
This picture was taken on September 1941 during the visit of Finnish generals to the Finnisches Freiwilligen Bataillon in the Eastern Front. FLTR: SS-Standartenführer Herbert Otto Gille, Lieutenant-General Harald Öhquist, SS-Brigadeführer Felix Steiner, unknown Finnish Major-General, and unknown Wiking officer. Who is the unknown general?

Re: ID Finnish Generals
In September 1941 the Finnish volunteer battalion was still in training in Gross-Born. The picture is either misdated or they're not visiting the battalion on front.
Re: ID Finnish Generals
Ok, now I found it. The visit took place on 27-30 August 1941 and Öhquist was inspecting the Wiking Division in front.
While the main body of Finnish volunteers were receiving training in Gross-Born, some 200 volunteers with previous combat experience were distributed among the different units of the division from the start, and they weren't all happy with this. Most had wanted to serve in the same unit with other Finns and felt that some German officers and NCOs looked down on Finns.
The purpose of Öhquist's visit was to meet with the volunteers and hear their complaints as well as inspect their service conditions. Öhquist's Finnish companion was not a major general, but Major Esko Riekki, former head of Finnish secret police and prominent organizer of the Finnish SS volunteer movement.
