SD member in Budapest

Postby huddyhuddy » 13 Aug 2017 05:06

Hello,
Trying to find some information on an SD member who seems to have signed and issued this ID in Budapest of 1944...could be a SS-Hauptsturmführer Langbehn, but not sure of his full name and biography...

This is SS-Hstuf Bruno Langbehn, the RSVA VI B4 representative on the staff of BdS Ungarn.
27 July 1906, born Perleberg
17 May 1926, NS and SA
20 March 1937, SS
12 Sept 1937, SS-Ustuf
9 Nov 1939, SS-Ostuf - ehrenamtlich with SD-LA Berlin
1 June 1940, "hauptamtlich Landesdienststellenleiter beim Reichsverband Deutscher Dentisten"; Langbehn was a dentist by profession.
30 Jan 1943, SS-Hstuf

then this:
ca Aug 1944, “A special section charged with liaison with the Hungarian Polizeipräsident in Budapest was under the command of SS-Hstuf Langbehn.”

My lord this was fast and very helpful indeed! thank you!
Though I am no expert in handwriting the pencil signature does resemble his name...what do you think?
Or is there any example on-line with his applied signature to compare?
Thank you again!

May you be able to locate sample autographs for 2 SS members Anton Burger & Ernst Brückler?
They appear on this link of personnel and I believe they might have issued these two visas? see pleas image.

I can not help you with handwriting samples of Burger and Brückler.
Maybe someone on the Forum has copies of their SS files.
