(see -> https://www.hawaiiankingdom.org/pdf/Tri ... totter.pdf )
and a death sentence on this date
(see -> https://www.legal-tools.org/doc/970029/pdf/ and https://www.legal-tools.org/doc/970029/pdf/ )
haven't got the time to translate yet...

maybe French forum members can help regarding Heinrich Georg Stadelhofer (18.01.1910 in Konstanz) sentenced to death in Marseille (1948)

When was the trial of: Oberleutnant Alfred Koch (12.02.1920 in Pfullendorf) executed 20.06.1945 in Vaucouleurs
Was he sentenced alone in his trial? What was his crime?

Ludwig Remaud (?) (Trial 1946 in Aix En Provence death sentence)
Was he sentenced alone in his trial? What was his crime? Was he executed or commuted?

There was another trial in trial in Rastatt

mistreatment of french POW in KGL Blumau-Neurisshof and shooting of french a POW

Tribunal Supérieur du Rastatt N° 41/53 am 11.5.1953 against Franz Feucht 20 years (in absentia)
reduced life sentence from 01.10.1952 (in absentia)

Franz Feucht was later sentenced to 9 years (LG Memmingen 09.12.1958, first sentence from 06.02.1958 10 years)
Shooting of 13 POW's who were unfit to march, in KGL Wien-Ottakring, and of about 40 POW's during the evacuation march from Vienna to Braunau, because of exhaustion, attempted escape and stealing
released 19.3.1963

https://expostfacto.nl/junsv/brd/brdfiles/brd471.htm

corresponding case in Austria closed on 19.08.1968

* Shooting of POWs in april 1945 at Hägelberg *

Kurt Rahäuser (HJ-Bannführer) was on 16.05.1950 sentenced to death (in absentia)

35 years later Rahäuser was on 26.04.1985 sentenced to 3 years by LG Waldshut..

Same matter:

Eugen Walz (born 01.02.1899 in Hochdorf, SS-Ustf) was sentenced to life on a unknown date and place (probably same date and Rastatt).
01.06.1956 reduced to 12 years;
01.06.1957 released

There where more defendants in the Walz-trial, but names are unknown to me.

I think Kurt Rahäuser was born 1916 and died 1989

In the Trial of Eugen Walz were in total seven defendants

Kratzer 7 years imprisonment
Huber 6 years imprisonment
Homberger 6 years imprisonment
Kaltenthaler 3 years imprisonment
Günther Volz 3 month imprisonment
Schmidt sentence?
