Emil Klein was promoted to SS-Obf. on 30.01.1945.
He was extradited by the US authorities to Czechoslovakia.

The thread about him on "The Phil Nix SS & Polizei section" :

According to my informations he was released on 24.12.1964.

sentenced in December 1949 by the Extraordinary People's Court in Banská Bystrica
to a total of 30 years in prison
in 1955, his sentence was reduced by amnesty to 25 years imprisonment
in 1967 he was still in the Valdice prison and his repeated requests for release were rejected

Do you know his rank? Do you know the dates of the trials? Why he was sentenced in Banská Bystrica?
