Information about Richard Paul Fichtner, SS Polizei, Lemberg

I am fairly new to being active (have read lots). Not sure this is the right place.
I am doing research on this person, and any help I can get regarding how / where I can find information would be great.

Paul Richard Fichtner
Years: 1899-1943
SS-Hauptscharführer, SS und Polizei Galizien Zwangsarbeitslager Lemberg
Death: Lemberg/Sknilow (Ukraine)
(his plane was shot down in 1943, december)

There is lots of information about many "Fichtners",
Richard was one of the top SS in the camp.
