Kowarz does not appear in the list of criminals before British military courts.
Nor was Lüneburg a place of execution by the British authorities.

Hadler and Beeck were with a SD-Einsatzkommando in Enschede, Holland, and convicted of killing an unknown-shot-down Allied airman. The body was exhumed after the war but no accurate identity made.

Hoffmann was with BdS Oslo/KdS Stavanger, a driver, convicted of killing captured British troops in the area. These were British commandos sent on a mission.

Most of the others are not Sipo/SD so I do not collect data.
Klingler should be Klinger ( KL Neuengamme case)
Caspar (or Casper or Kasper) Schmidt - no one of this name before a British Military Court.

Just two others:

Kornelius Kayser
born 14 April 1915, Ettelbrück, Luxemburg
SS-Uschaf, driver, with SD-Abschnitt Koblenz
19-24 June 1947, British Mil Court in Hamburg convicted of killing a shot-down British airman at Rengsdorf, 31 January 1945; sentenced to death by hanging
14 Nov 1947, hanged at Hameln

Johannes Lehmann
born 1 August 1898, Jüterbog
KrimSek, Kripoleitstelle Berlin
1944, appeared before a SS- Polizeigericht (charge not mentioned), given one year prison sentence and instead sent to AEL Lahde Weser
22 January-14 February 1947, appeared before British Mil Court in Wuppertal on charges relating to AEL Lahde Weser - acquitted.
10-16 December 1947, appeared before British Mil Court in Hamburg on charges relating to evacuation march from AEL Lahde Weser in April 1945 and convicted of killing Russian, Dutch and Polish prisoners on this march - sentenced to death by hanging
24 March 1948, hanged at Hameln.
