Re: sentences by britisch courts
Bahlinger et al - This was the "Trandum Case"; members of BdS Oslo in Jan 1943 took part in several shootings in the Trandum area including six English POWs.
Trial in Hamburg before British Military Court, 6-26 August 1946
SS-Rotf Siegfried Bahlinger (4 August 1910, Danzig)
SS-Oschaf Otto Baldauf (7 Aug 1904, Sulzberg/Vorarlberg, Austria.

Re: sentences by britisch courts
I am interested in more information about the trial, the man and his crimes: SS-Haupscharführer Theofil Skaletz (1910 in Bobrech)

Re: sentences by britisch courts
Skaletz was with KdS Stavanger, reported as Chief of the Gestapo prison, SS-Oschaf, March 1942-May 1945.
No British trial.
Interned in Norway so may have been tried by the Norwegians.
1969, investigated by StA Stuttgart for shootings when at KdS Stavanger but case set aside (12 April 1969).

Re: sentences by britisch courts
I found this sourcs on a Norwegian page: "SS-Hauptscharfuhrer Theofil Skaletz var sjef for fengslet, han fikk dom av britene etter krigen for krigsforbrytelser mot russiske krigsfanger..." (SS-Hauptscharfuhrer Theofil Skaletz was the chief of the prison, he was sentenced by the British after the war for war crimes against Russian war prisoners)
source: Gestapo: tysk politi i Norge 1940-45, Berit Nøkleby
https://www.google.com/search?q=Theofil ... 66&bih=654
This is why I thought that he was sentenced by the British (maybe in Norway)
Which information do you have about SS-Unterscharführer Fritz Feuerlein (?) Gestapo Stavanger? Trial 10-13.12.1945 in Oslo sentence: life imprisonment.Do you know the date + place of birth? When was he released from prison? Was he only in Stavanger?
Do you know the date + place of birth of Werner Fritz Seeling (1908?) ?
Which information do you have about Sachse and Kuhn (charged with Seeling, Hoffmann + Feuerlein but in absence)?

Re: sentences by britisch courts
Feuerlein, Fritz Seeling and Erich Hoffmann were tried together - file dates 1945-June 1958 indicating they were released and file closed.
Feuerlein (born 1911, Munich); had been prison guard at Theresienstadt Small Fortress, July 1940-March 1942 when transferred to Stavanger, until May 1945
Hoffmann was Fahrdienstleiter at KdS Stavanager but I have no further details.
Seeling - I have no data and possibly a Polizei Hauptwachtmeister who doesn't count in my Sipo/SD collection.
Sachse and Kuhn were not tried by British courts. Max Saxhse was a prison guard with BdS Oslo but sent back to Chemnitz after conviction for stealing the belonging of prisoners.
For persons appearing before British courts see this -(click on the bottom of the page for the next 30 files -
