You can clearly see from my post that I completely agree that the UN definition covers events in WW2. That is blatantly obvious. Rather than Yeah Sure-ing (TM), just look at things from a independent point of view.
That's what I did, the conclusion being that your applying the convention to soldiers killed in war and Israeli violence against Palestinians results from a rather far-fetched interpretation of its wording.

Its probably more. I dont know how many villages there were or remote locations with jewish settlements in eastern europe that werent on the registers of births etc
