Having watched to video several times, I think this is actually less about denial, more a case of a person in present day "Democratic" Germany being able to express a view which does not follow "Official Government doctrine",

The AHF threat alarm system must be broken. Normally, whenever I post, several moderators suddenly appear from nowhere to see what I have posted. I've posted several times now, and the forum should have at least gone to at least DELETECON 2, and still not a single moderator.

Such posts as this lead to no furtherance of our knowledge of WWII, and it only serves as chum for all sorts of nasty creatures who come up for a bite at it.

I wouldn't object to such 'hate speech' laws as long as such legislation, be it German or not, prohibited the denial of ALL historical acts of genocide and mass murder. But as far as I know this is not the case.

The denial of the Holocaust has particular and significant political and moral ramifications for Germany whereas denial of other genocides doesn't.

That is a strawman, deutschearmee. The German government is focused on protecting against denial of the Holocaust, not other genocides.

Deutschearmee, since you are such a hero for free speech, I hope you will provide a clear and unequivocal answer. Do you deny the Holocaust or not?
