“…Anti-Semitism is exactly the same as delousing. Getting rid of lice is not a question of ideology. It is a matter of cleanliness…We shall soon be deloused. We have only 20,000 lice left and then the matter is finished within the whole of Germany…We have only one task: to stand firm and carry out the racial struggle without mercy.
The speech was delivered at the University of Kharkov, apparently to a group of SS leaders. It's one of two Himmler speeches contained in Document 1919-PS (Nazi Conspiracy and Aggression, vol. 4, pp. 572-578). There is a copy of the speech reproduced at http://www.ess.uwe.ac.uk/genocide/SS3.htm , but it is miscaptioned as being from Document 1918-PS rather than 1919-PS.Exactly where did the RFSS say this and to which units?
