Jan Semrau (18.11.1889) sentenced to death 13.04.1946 in Torun (executed)
accused of the fact that in September 1939 in the Tucholski, he belonged to the Nazi organization Selbstschutz and took part in repressions against people of Polish nationality, moreover, in the town of Stobno, from 1944, as Zellenleiter, he belonged to the Nazi party of the NSDAP, he persecuted Polish nationals as well as arrested four Poles who later died during the mass execution in Rudzki Most.
Jakob Grossmann (08.12.1898 in Cierniowce) sentenced to death 27.05.1945 in Poznan (executed 07.06.1945 in Poznan)
(accused of illegal storage of weapons in Ostrów Wlkp.)
Rudolf Schechinger (23.10.1913 in Tomaszow)
officer of the Bahnschutzpolizei in Rozwadów
sentenced to 5 years imprisonment 10.11.1947 in Lodz
(accused of taking part in searches and requisitions of property belonging to rail passengers, taking part in armed actions against members of the Polish armed underground, as Volksdeutsch joined the paramilitary organization of the SA)

Friedrich Pruss was pardoned on 31.08.1949 (his death sentence was changed to life imprisonment) and released on 30.10.1957.
