Hans Benz, born 11/12/1912 in Braunshardt, member of Gestapo in Darmstadt, prison guard in Bensheim, extradited from US zone to Poland on 03/02/1947, sentenced in Warsaw on 13/10/1947 to death, pardoned and death sentence was changed into life, released on 26/02/1957. He was responsible for beating and mistreating of Poles and execution of 12 Polish prisoners.

I have Paul Ziegler not Ziegner, born 24/12/1898, member of NSDAP and commandant of labour camp in Zeche Neumühl, extradited from British zone to Poland on 02/10/1946, sentenced in Toruń on 13/10/1947 to 12 years, died in prison on 10/04/1949. Charges: beating and mistreating of prisoners and workers in labour camp.

Martin Wilhelm Messler, born 12/04/1898 in Gerlachsheim, Lagerführer in camp Kühnendorf and in camp "Stadion" in Poznań, extradited from US zone to Poland on 03/02/1947, sentenced in Łódź on 22/10/1947 to 10 years, released on 30/05/1955.

Gustav Friedrich Kilgus, born 01/10/1904, member of the Wehrmacht, extradited from US zone to Poland on 18/12/1946, sentenced in Warsaw on 05/09/1950 to 10 years, released on 09/11/1955. Charges: responsible for killing of 50 Jews in Różanka near Lida.

Wilhelm Heinrich Frenz, place of birth and date of release unknown to me.

Heinrich Twietmeyer, born 08/05/1905 in Holzbalge, probably German civilian in the area of Höfer, extradited from British zone to Poland on 02/10/1946, charges: mistreating and beating of Polish female "Zwangsarbeiter" in Höfer.

Wilhelm Fischer, born 09/04/1890, German civilian (farmer) in the area of Vaale, extradited from British zone to Poland on 02/10/1946, sentenced in Warsaw on 15/11/1948 to 3 years, released on 18/07/1950, charges: beating of Polish "Zwangsarbeiter" in Vaale.

Ewald Coehrs, born 04/08/1901, German civilian (farmer) in Klein Biewende, extradited from British zone to Poland on 02/10/1946, sentenced in Warsaw on 15/11/1948 to 3 years, released on 18/07/1950, charges: mistreating of Polish "Zwangsarbeiters" in Klein Biewende.

Alois Eickelmann, born 28/07/1895, worker (foreman) in mine in Meissen, extradited from British zone to Poland on 02/10/1946, sentenced in Warsaw on 12/11/1947 to 15 years, date of release is unknown to me.

Jacob Groh, born 02/05/1894, worker in labour camp in Aschaffenburg, extradited from US zone to Poland on 03/02/1947, sentenced in Warsaw on 12/11/1947 to 3 years, released on 16/01/1951.

Karl Mengeling, born 25/02/1895, worker in mine in Meissen, extradited from British zone to Poland on 02/10/1946, sentenced in Warsaw on 12/11/1947 to 15 years, released on 13/12/1954.

Urban Schmidt, born 05/08/1894, member of SA and NSDAP in Gudensberg, extradited from US zone to Poland on 22/11/1946, sentenced in Warsaw on 12/11/1947 to 15 years, date of release is unknown to me.

Bertha Spröckel, born 20/10/1894, guard in factory of marmelade in Winzen, extradited from British zone to Poland on 19/12/1946, sentenced in Warsaw on 12/11/1947 to 10 years, released on 25/05/1954.

Paul Thurm, born 01/12/1906, member of SS, worker (guard?) in factory in Sonnenberg, extradited from US zone to Poland on 18/12/1946, sentenced in Warsaw on 12/11/1947 to 10 years, date of release is unknown to me.

Bernhard Wodzinski, born 06/02/1913 in Oldenburg, Volksdeutscher from Poland, vorarbeiter in KL Neuengamme-Kdo Rühle and Kdo Dalum, extradited from British zone to Poland on 02/10/1946, sentenced in Warsaw on 12/11/1947 to 15 years, date of release is unknown to me.

They were all responsible for mistreating and beating of forced workers and prisoners.

Julius Baranowski, born 27/09/1905, Volksdeutscher from Poland, member of SS, guard in KL Flossenbürg and KL Bergen-Belsen, extradited from US zone to Poland on 25/02/1947, sentenced in Warsaw on 15/11/1947 to 10 years, released on 01/03/1952.

Georg Klohr, born 18/02/1885, commandant of labour camp in Weinheim, extradited from US zone to Poland on 03/02/1947, sentenced in Warsaw on 15/11/1947 to 6 years, died in prison on 17/11/1952.

Theodor Pischniak, born 17/05/1925, Ukrainian, guard in KL Buchenwald, extradited from US zone to Poland on 28/05/1946, sentenced in Warsaw on 15/11/1947 to 10 years, released on 24/08/1954.

small correction: location must be Winsen/Luhe - there was Marmeladenfabrik during the war

Helmut Pirk may be the judge from Barlin at Deutsches Gericht Lemberg (that's the reason why the process was in Warschau)
