I can confirm this, (his name was Leo Lindemann) I have the complete documents about his trial.
Also I can confirm the death in prison Wisnicz Nowy 08th May 1946.
No information about the cause of death, three months after he went to this prison, as a healthy man in best age.

I don't think that this Regierungsrat Heiser from the document above was tried in Poland. I have only Anton Heiser, Volksdeutsch from Yugoslavia, SS guard in KL Auschwitz, KL Oranienburg and KL Flossenbürg as extradited to Poland and sentenced in Wadowice to 3,5 years imprisonment. Certainly different man.

I only know that Willi Eichholz was extradited to Poland by the US authorities on 18.12.1946, Konrad John was extradited to Poland by the French authorities (through the US military zone in Germany) on 22.07.1947, Ludwig Maurer was extradited to Poland by the US authorities on 25.02.1947 and Wilhelm Otte was extradited to Poland by the British authorities on 03.05.1947.

Lange, Tobler, Giede and Schmitt were not extradited to Poland from Germany.

Are You sure that Wilhelm Otte was a member of Gestapo in Warsaw? I can't find his name in any source with connection to KdS Warschau or Gestapo Warschau.
I only know the he was tried for beating and denunciation of the Poles to Gestapo (the place was not given) but without any information that he was a member of Gestapo himself.
