What was the sentence of SS-Untersturmführer Heinrich Scholz (staff Terezin) 1947 in his trial in Litomerice?

What was the sentence of SS-Oberscharführer Emil Laufke (08.05.1910) 1947 in his trial in Kutna Hora?

I think this is an error and the trial was not in Poland but in Czech Republic. Additional Information and ideas are welcome.
