You´re aware that in Theresienstadt there were no Kapos nor Poles or Russians but mainly Austrian, German, Czech and Dutch Jews? Even the Small Fortress in Terezin didn´t have a inmate system like in concentration camps, so it´s very unlikely that this murder happened there.

Heinrich Mayer (11.3.1896) was involved in an assault on the policestation in Harbatov (german Haberspirk) in Czechoslowakia on 13.09.1938 and sentenced to death on 03.05.1947.
Mayer is also mentioned as mayor..

Other defandants in this trial were
- Jan/Georg Burkl (20.5.1896) (or Burkel, Bürkl)
death sentence, executed on 04.05.1947
- Rudolf Hampl (20.7.1908)
death sentence, executed on 03.05.1947
- Josef Fritsche
death sentence, suspended (unarmed), 1949 life-sentence
- Jiri/Heinrich Pössl
death sentence suspended (unarmed), 1949 life-sentence
- Jiri/Heinrich Reis
death sentence suspended (unarmed), 1949 life-sentence
- Jiri/Heinrich Plail (in absence)
death sentence
- Anton Spann
committed suicide after in arrest

There were more trials in Cheb about this case (totaly 66 judgements)
- Gustav Hampl - 03.04.1947, sentence unknown to me
- Frantisek/Franz Schug - life sentence

all from https://otik.uk.zcu.cz/bitstream/11025/ ... olecko.pdf
(I know, again czech  ) - with more trials described

----------------------------------------------
Karl Mair or Maier (1900-1945) is yet not clear to me.
I have found as member of Gestapo-Außenstelle Velke Mezirici from 01.1945 to begin of 04.1945, then sent in Brno (there arrested and executed)
Different source mention him as Kriminalsekretär/Kriminalkommissar and sometimes as SS-Untersturmführer.

I don´t know either, but I know that there were NO kapos in Theresienstadt. And no Poles or Russians either, so he must have commited this crimes somewhere else.

Now....

I have Elisabeth Bischof since 1942 as head of ZAL Žacléř (under Organisation Schmelt, for Textilfabrik G.A.Buhl & Sohn).
This ZAL became a subcamp of KZ Gross-Rosen in march 1944. About this time Elisabeth Bischoff was replaced by Emma Mach (born 06.02.1902 in Jablonec nad Nisou) after training in KZ Ravensbrück as Oberaufseherin. Another Aufseherin in Žacléř is named as Luise Ulrich.

Emma Mach was sentenced on 22.05.1946 in Jicin to 1 year probation.

You are aware that were Kapos in Aussenkommandos of Ghetto Theresienstadt like
- Paul Raphaelsohn (born 1906) in Arbeitskommando Zossen, 30.4.1947 in Prag sentenced to death and executed

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Charlotte Nitschke and Sofie Hanel are indeed two persons
- Charlotte Nitschke was a DRK-Nurse in SS-Lazarett Auschwitz (with KVK.II.Kls-award), lived in Hameln after the war
- Sofie Hanel was a Blockführerin in Ausschwitz, executed in Prag

Paul Raphaelsohn (other source Raphaelson )
21.07.1906 in München
executed 30.04.1947 in Prague
